Hall & Kitchen Hire Booking

Description

Our base hire rate for Hall + Kitchen is $30.00 per hour (excluding GST). Under Australian tax law, we add 10% GST to all hire fees, which amounts to $3.00 on top of the base rate. This brings the total to $33.00 per hour (including GST). Your booking includes full access to both the main hall space and the fully equipped kitchen, plus setup/pack-up time and use of our audio-visual equipment, all governed by our cleaning and conduct policies.

Inclusions

• Exclusive use of the main hall and kitchen facilities

• Setup and pack-up time included

• Access to our sound system

• Access to projector screen

• Cleaning & conduct requirements (leave broom-swept, no damage, no dragging furniture)

• Key collection Mon/Wed 9 am–2 pm (dust-cover policy applies)

• GST-inclusive rate of $33.00 / hr (base $30.00 / hr + 10% GST)
